Steps to apply for your Manitoba Digital Health Card

1. Create a new "My Manitoba Health Card" account or log in if you already have one.
2. Go to your app store and download the following applications:
   1. Microsoft Authenticator
   2. MB Wallet
3. Complete the application form.
4. Check your email for the decision regarding your application.

When you receive an email confirming your application approval:

1. Open MB Wallet.
2. Log in to your "My Manitoba Health Card" account.
3. Open MB Wallet.
🖥️ If you are using a desktop computer:
• Use MB Wallet to scan the QR code displayed in your "My Manitoba Health Card" account.
📱 If you are using a smartphone:
• Click the link located under the QR code.

If you are applying for a plastic health card only, please follow the instructions below to continue your application.

1. You do not need to create an account or sign in to apply for a plastic card.
